How did you feel before?

"I was constantly feeling tired and sluggish. I was frustrated because I thought I was eating appropriately and working hard towards my fitness goals but not seeing the progress I was hoping for."
How has your health changed?
"I have felt less tired, more focused, and have had more patience at work and at home with my young children. I successfully ran a half-marathon and still managed to increase my weight with my lifts. I have a different appreciation for food and nutrients now and a better understanding of how my body processes nutrients and what is most important to make me feel good."
How did you feel throughout the program?
"Very supported. Jade did a wonderful job listening to what my goals were and working together to come up with a nutritional plan to meet those goals, and also helped adjust my vitamins to ones that I was more likely to take (easier to swallow) and that helped make me feel better."

Our Foundations of Health

Sleep

Quality sleep is essential! It restores hormonal balance, supports emotional resilience, and helps your body repair.

Stress

Managing stress isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about calming your nervous system so your body can actually digest, regulate hormones, and heal.

Digestion

Good digestion allows you to absorb the nutrients your body needs to feel clear, calm, and nourished—especially if you’ve dealt with bloat, skin issues, or fatigue.

Blood-Sugar Regulation

Balanced blood sugar keeps your mood, energy, and cravings steady, which is key when you're reclaiming trust in your body after years of dieting or hormonal struggles.

Nutrient-Dense Diet

Eating nutrient-dense foods gives your body the raw materials to rebuild, regulate, and glow from the inside out—without restriction or shame.

Community

Healing happens faster when you're seen, heard, and supported by others who are walking the same path of self-discovery and empowerment.
