3. Appointments & Programs

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time. To reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required. Missed sessions without sufficient notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Program services begin after payment and completion of all required intake forms. Programs expire six months from the first session, regardless of missed or canceled appointments.

Move Holistic Health and Nutrition LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel services and sessions at its discretion. In the rare event that we cancel your program, you will be responsible only for the pro-rated cost of services received.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees are due prior to the start of your program or service. Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the Company terminates the service. In that case, you will only be charged for services rendered to date.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Move Holistic Health and Nutrition LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
