Evolve into your best self over the next six months with intentional & individual nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset strategies to fundamentally change your health for a lifetime. This program is $999 and can be paid for up front or over the six months of working together at $111 per appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy - To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by contacting us directly or using our scheduling applications. - Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. - Once purchased, clients are financially responsible for the full cost of the program or booking. - MOVE reserves the right to reschedule appointments as needed due to unforeseen circumstances. - MOVE also reserves the right to cancel a program or booking at any time. In the event of a cancellation by MOVE, you will only be responsible for the pro-rated cost of services received up to that point.
