Service Description
This appointment is for clients who have completed Evolve, Transform, or Uncover and want to continue to receive Nutritional Therapy Support as they MOVE toward optimal health.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy - To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by contacting us directly or using our scheduling applications. - Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. - Once purchased, clients are financially responsible for the full cost of the program or booking. - MOVE reserves the right to reschedule appointments as needed due to unforeseen circumstances. - MOVE also reserves the right to cancel a program or booking at any time. In the event of a cancellation by MOVE, you will only be responsible for the pro-rated cost of services received up to that point.
